-Is the Apartment still free?

YES. The apartment is AVAILABLE again! Move in as of May 1st 2025.

-Is there a parking space?
No. However, you can park your car in the surrounding streets (not too difficult). A parking card for residents costs 35 EUR per year.

Also, there are several companies renting parking spaces in nearby garages (100 metres from the apartment). Cost is about 150€ + VAT per month.

-Can I rent for less than 12 months?
No.

Contract will be made up for 12 months and you’ll need to warn us 3 months before end of lease if you’re staying or not.

-Any pets allowed in the Apartment?

Yes. But no elephants.  (this means: smaller than our dog, which is a small daschhund).

-What household & electrical appliances are available?

Stove/furnace (Smeg) / Combi-oven (Indesit) / Fridge with freezer compartment (Haier) /  Dishwasher (Bosch) / Washing machine (Candy) / Iron and ironing board / LCD Television Philips / Vacuum cleaner.

Not present : a tumble dryer.

-Is it a nice area?

We live there ourselves. So yes. A nice mix of young couples, families with children and some elderly couples. Shops, cafés and restaurants in the neighborhood. The Royal Park is 3 minutes by foot and public transport or a bike gets you everywhere in town.
