Last week, we have started the renovations of the flat.
All wooden Wainscotting has been removed as well as the old insulation.
We have opted to install PIR insulation in the walls.
Result should be a warm place inwinter and a cool spot in summer.
To get more light in, we probably will install 3 extra large Velux windows.

After several careful inspections. We have decided to do some more thorough renovations in the Apartment at Waterkrachtstraat 10 / Rue Hydraulique 10 in 1210 Saint Josse ten Node / Sint Joost ten Node.
We will now completely renovate the electrical installation and the bathroom (plumbing, etc.).
Therefore, the new date for rental will be Either December 1 2012 or January 1 2013 (more likely).
